Katharina is a seasoned marketing strategist with extensive B2B and B2C experience, particularly in the startup ecosystem. She excels in strategic marketing, demand generation, and building high-performing teams for high-involvement products. Her PhD in Economics from the Technical University of Berlin, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, bridges academic insight with practical expertise. Following successful tenures as Marketing Manager in large companies and 5 years as CMO in two successful startups, Katharina transitioned to education and consulting.
She now lectures on marketing and entrepreneurship at various universities and institutions while advising early-stage startups on go-to-market strategies and scaling. Fueled by her diverse experience and bolstered by her participation in WOMEN Exist 2024, Katharina is now channeling her passion for innovation into founding her own business, embodying the entrepreneurial spirit she champions.
